Grow, learn and discover more about you.

We offer training within corporate organisations that is focused on building family resilience and rebranding childhood®. Resilience refers to the ability to “bounce back” from adversity. When faced with a difficult life event, resilient individuals are able to successfully cope with, or adapt to, the associated stress. This is also linked to converting Post Traumatic Stress into Post Traumatic Growth for long-term solutions.

Research into resilience originally started with a focus on the individual, known as Individual Resilience (IR) and then later a parallel line of research started focusing on a whole systems approach of Family Resilience (FR) This is a useful concept because, from a systems theory perspective parents, partners, grandparents, aunties, uncles and children are very much a part of their family of origin.  Hence influenced by all positive and negative influences from fellow family members in fostering both adaptive and maladaptive behaviour. Resilient family members living together thrive and survive in a unique eco-system based on mutual connection, collaboration and trust.
